Running a high-end tuning shop with a four-wheel dyno means you are constantly booked. When you have cars physically waiting on the dyno, every minute counts.
The Challenge
"Performance Auto Works" was processing 15-20 cars a day in their physical shop, while also supporting a small network of 5 B2B slaves remotely. Their two Master Tuners were spending up to 3 hours a day just downloading files from WhatsApp, checking if invoices were paid, and manually naming and organizing files in Windows Explorer.
When a slave sent a file with missing hardware numbers, the Master Tuner had to stop their dyno session, text the slave, and wait for a reply.
The Solution
They implemented TunerPortal as their central nervous system.
- Mandatory Portal Usage: They stopped accepting files via WhatsApp. All slaves and local shop technicians were required to upload original files through the TunerPortal dashboard.
