Transparent Credit System

If you already have your own tuning files, you can upload them into your automation. There are two ways to do this: - Upload files manually. - Automatically synchronize them using our **WinOLS LUA Plugin**. The LUA software can be downloaded directly from your portal. ### Cost Whenever one of your customers downloads a file from **your own database**, **1 credit (5 €)** is deducted from your account. **Example:** - Customer places an order on your portal. - The requested file comes from your own file database. - Your customer pays **you**. - Your portal uses **1 credit** from your balance.

If you don't want to manage your own files, simply enable **Auto Managed** in your File Service settings. In this mode: - All files are supplied by our professional team. - Our technicians complete the files on behalf of your company. - We also provide support in your company's name. This is especially useful if: - You are on vacation. - You are unavailable. - You need additional capacity. - You want a completely hands-off solution.

If **Auto Managed** is disabled, you are still free to purchase files from us whenever you need them. Simply use the **Handed Off** option. This will redirect the order to our Marketplace, where you can purchase the required file only when necessary. This gives you complete flexibility: - Use your own files most of the time. - Purchase individual files from us whenever needed.
